Hey Summit Attendees!!!
These are just a few reminders for traveling to the 2024 Summit!

• We will be leaving at 2:00 am on Thursday, October 17th from the MTC at 600 Altamont 
• Volunteers in the local area can request transportation that morning with a 2-day notice.
• Volunteers are allowed 1 checked bag for the trip as room in the van is limited                 
• We should return to the MTC at approximately 10:00 pm on Sunday, October 20th            
• Phone calls will go out to parents/guardians when we leave Fine Parking heading home 
• Volunteers will receive $55 for food on the two travel days and $31 for Friday Dinner      
• Snacks, souvenirs, etc will be the responsibility of the volunteer.                                          
• Please make sure your volunteer has any medication they need with them                         
• All attendees are to wear their jerseys on both travel days, tshirt under it is ok
